UF Online — Acceptable Use Policy
Incorporated into the Terms of Service. Operated by DaemonForge Development (Ontario, Canada). Abuse/reports: abuse@daemonforge.dev.
Effective date: 7 July 2026
This policy applies to all customers and, through them, to their End Users / Players. Customers must flow these rules down to their Players and are responsible for Player conduct.
1. Prohibited content and conduct
You and your Players must not use the Service to create, store, transmit, or generate:
- Anything illegal under applicable law.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualises, grooms, endangers, or exposes minors to age-inappropriate material — zero tolerance.
- Harassment, threats, intimidation, defamation, or content inciting hate-based violence.
- Sexual violence or non-consensual intimate content; non-consensual use of a real person's likeness or voice (including via synthetic voice/image features).
- Scams, fraud, phishing, spam, impersonation, or deceptive synthetic media.
- Malware, intrusion, denial-of-service, or other infrastructure abuse.
- Content promoting weapons/CBRNE, self-harm, unlicensed regulated advice (legal/medical/ financial), or real-money gambling, except as lawfully permitted.
- Third-party or copyrighted material uploaded without the necessary rights.
2. Platform-integrity rules
You and your Players must not:
- Abuse the AI — prompt-injection, jailbreaking, circumventing safety controls, or attempting to extract system prompts, secrets, keys, or other users' data.
- Attempt to access data outside your own hive/account, probe isolation, or bypass limits/auth.
- Resell or sublicense access in violation of the applicable third-party provider terms, or exceed published rate/usage limits in a way that degrades the Service for others.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service beyond documented use.
3. Third-party provider rules
Some features are powered by third-party providers. You and your Players must also comply with the applicable provider acceptable-use policies, which we identify and link in our Sub-processor List.
4. AI transparency (your responsibility as operator)
UF Online provides AI, voice, and image generation as an intermediary — you are the deployer/operator of these features toward your Players. You are responsible for disclosing to your Players that they are interacting with AI (e.g. AI-driven NPCs, chat, or voice), for marking synthetic media (AI-generated voice/images), and for applying any deployer-side labelling the law requires for your deployment — including EU AI Act Art. 50 (applicable from 2 Aug 2026). Do not present AI Output as human-authored where the law requires disclosure. Where we surface optional disclosure aids, you must not disable or circumvent them.
5. Enforcement
We may use automated and human review. We apply graduated responses proportionate to the issue: warning → content removal/disabling → feature or credit suspension → account suspension → termination → reporting to authorities where required. Where we restrict your content or account we provide a statement of reasons and a route to contest (see §6). For threats to life/safety or CSAM we may act immediately and notify the relevant authorities.
6. Reporting illegal content & takedowns (notice-and-action)
Anyone may report allegedly illegal content or IP infringement to abuse@daemonforge.dev. A valid notice should include: the exact location of the content, an explanation of why it is illegal/infringing, the notifier's name and contact (CSAM-type reports may be anonymous), and a good-faith accuracy statement. We act expeditiously, give the affected user a statement of reasons, and offer a way to contest the decision.
7. Repeat infringers
We maintain and enforce a policy to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly post or generate infringing or illegal content.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes are notified via the portal or email.
